Evidence
-
steelseries.com
SteelSeries distinguishes the wired Arctis Nova Pro for Xbox from the Nova Pro Wireless for Xbox and states its wireless-series cushions are not compatible with the wired target. This corroborates that the target is not the similarly named wireless model; it does not independently certify Geekria’s pads.

shop.geekria.com
Geekria’s product page for the white Comfort Mesh Fabric replacement pads explicitly lists both Arctis Nova Pro Wired and Arctis Nova Pro for Xbox as compatible, and says the pads are not for the Arctis Nova Pro Wireless headset.
